![]() ![]() You are also given a bottle of champagne on arrival to your room and a half bottle of red and white wine. The children were left sweets everyday by the cleaners and we had a fridge which was stocked full of soft drinks daily, cans of Coke, Diet Coke, orange and bottles of water. We had a kitchen,a bathroom and separate shower room with an additional toilet which was really helpful for the children. It had a bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge for the children. The room we booked was on the 5 floor and was like staying in an apartment. All the staff were very helpful and on hand for anything we needed. ![]() We all really enjoyed our stay and cannot fault a thing. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 4 year old boys. We stayed for 4 nights in a junior executive suite. Unfortunately While walking out, there was no apology from any staff which made us believe that this could be the hotels acceptable standards of hospitality. We were totally disgusted with this conversation and left saying a Thank You. My husband was visibly upset at this and told the Staff that he was informed that our food pack would be ready in the morning at 6.30 am? To this the staff (an Indian ) replied that he is not saying 'no' to breakfast ( as if that was his personal favour to us) but that they do not have paper bags or containers so either we could bring our own or carry thing in tissue papers (downright disgusting) which he was very willing to provide us. Since our cab was waiting, we requested them to pack something quickly if they can to which we were told that they have no paper bags or containers to pack anything. However, when we approached the restaurant while leaving, we were told that nothing was packed for us. The manager immediately informed the staff and confirmed that they would keep our breakfast packed and ready for us next morning at 6.30 am for us to pick up. Since we were traveling with a 4 year old kid, we had checked with the restaurant manager at the previous day breakfast if it would be possible for them to pack some dry breakfast like fruit, breads, croissants etc.since we've paid for the breakfast but cannot have it at 7. We were to leave for the airport at 6.45 am and the breakfast (which we had already paid for that day)was to be served at 7am. What's not good and needs serious attention: Shockingly Poor hospitality. The glasses which used to drink water were lying as it is on the table with stale water. No shower caps and moisturiser in the bath. Towels were folded and kept on the pot(lid closed ). Can improve on: 1)Housekeeping : Upon return, we found that the sofa cum bed was not put back. This usually is not a problem as you could make a call from the customer service desk at the park should you not want to use your international sim. On your way back from the park you would need to call for the cab. Free hassle free and regular shuttle service to the parks. ![]() Kitchenette well equipped with basic utensils and equipments. Spacious, clean and well appointed room ( stayed in the junior suite) with a kitchenette. What's good at the hotel: Smooth check in check out. While the were many cabs parked, they refused to come to Relai Spa and keep telling us that the hotel will send for a pick up if we call them. The cabbie we eventually hired informed us of some rift between the taxi drivers and the hotel. From Chessy, you would require to hire a cab (fixed cost of 15 euro) which is not easily available. The Val de Europe station is a 2min walk away from the hotel. Necessary info which the hotel does not give you in their communication: Easier to reach the hotel from RER station Val de Europe than from Chessy. ![]()
